Payment Terms & Conditions

Xtreme Reality VR

1. Deposit Requirement

 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Once your date is confirmed you'll have 48 hours to make payment.  Your event is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Final Payment

 

The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days prior to the event date. Events booked within 5 days of the event may require full payment at time of booking.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Deposits are non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs:

​

• 5 days or more before the event: deposit and any payment may be applied to a future date (subject to availability).

• Less than 5 days before the event: payments are non-refundable.

4. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

 

For outdoor events, in cases of unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule based on availability.

5. Damage & Equipment Responsibility

 

The client is responsible for ensuring a safe play area and supervising guests.
Intentional damage, negligence, or misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.

6. Minimum Age Requirement

 

Participants must be 8 years of age or older to use the VR equipment.

​

7. Liability & Waiver

 

All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to participating. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Xtreme Reality VR to resolve any concerns.
